Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) supplements the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy of QUOTESFLOW AI ROOFING LLC (“Company”). It governs the conduct of users when accessing or using the QuotesFlow platform, including its web application, mobile-responsive interface, APIs, lead-finder, AI roof measurement, quote builder, and any related services (the “Platform”).

2. Prohibited Content

You will not upload, generate, store, send, or transmit through the Platform any content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable;
• Misrepresents your identity, your contractor license, your bonding/insurance status, or the nature of your business;
• Contains malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, or any other harmful code;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other proprietary right of any party;
• Contains protected health information subject to HIPAA without a separate executed Business Associate Agreement with Company (which Company does not currently offer);
• Contains payment-card data or Social Security numbers of any consumer beyond what is necessary to operate a quote (Company is not a card-data processor; full card data must remain inside Stripe).

3. Prohibited Outreach & Marketing Conduct

Note: the Platform itself does not send marketing, sales, cold-outreach, or solicitation emails or text messages on your behalf. Any outreach to a homeowner is performed by you, from your own systems, using channels you control. The restrictions below describe how you must conduct that outreach.

You will not use the Platform or any data exported from the Platform to:

• Place telephone calls or send text messages in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including but not limited to (a) calls to numbers on the federal Do-Not-Call Registry, (b) calls using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice without prior express written consent, or (c) calls during prohibited hours;
• Send email communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, including missing or deceptive subject lines, missing physical address, missing or non-functional unsubscribe mechanism, or continuing to email after opt-out;
• Send text messages in violation of any state or federal robotext rule, including without specific consumer consent;
• Contact consumers on the Texas No-Call List or any analogous state DNC list without consent;
• Engage in deceptive trade practices under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) or under any state or federal consumer-protection statute;
• Sell, transfer, or share leads obtained from the Platform with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Prohibited System Conduct

You will not:

• Scrape, crawl, mirror, or otherwise extract data from the Platform through automated means;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, model weights, prompts, or training data of any AI model used by the Platform;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any related infrastructure without prior written authorization from Company;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, rate limiting, billing, or any security feature;
• Use the Platform to develop a competing product or service, or to benchmark for any competitive purpose;
• Misuse credits, including by using a single seat to perform work for, or for the benefit of, a separate business that has not purchased its own account;
• Share account credentials, API keys, or seats with any person other than the seats you have paid for;
• Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Platform without Company’s prior written consent.

5. Prohibited AI Use

You will not use AI Outputs from the Platform to:

• Provide a binding price, scope, or warranty to any customer without an independent on-site inspection and verification by you;
• Make material misrepresentations regarding the condition of a roof, the cost of materials, the safety of a structure, or any warranty;
• Train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI or machine-learning model that is not Company’s, except as permitted by applicable law;
• Generate content intended to deceive a consumer, mislead a regulator, defraud an insurance carrier, or alter the substance of any insurance claim, building-code submission, or government filing.

6. Insurance & Claims Activity

The Platform is not a public-adjuster service or an insurance-claims-management service. You will not use AI Outputs or lead data to solicit, encourage, or assist any consumer in filing a fraudulent or exaggerated insurance claim, or to circumvent the consumer’s insurance deductible. You acknowledge that Texas Insurance Code prohibits public-adjuster activity by unlicensed persons and that you alone are responsible for complying with all rules governing roofer-consumer-insurer interactions in your jurisdiction.

7. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user is violating this AUP, please report it to legal@quotesflowairoofing.com with as much detail as possible (account, screenshot, timestamp). Company will investigate good-faith reports and take action where appropriate, but is not obligated to disclose the outcome.

8. Enforcement

Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, (a) suspend or restrict access to the Platform, (b) remove or refuse to display offending content, (c) terminate the offending account or all accounts in the offending organization, (d) forfeit unused credits and refuse refunds, (e) preserve and disclose information to law enforcement or regulators, and (f) pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity.

9. Updates

Company may update this AUP from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the update constitutes acceptance.
